Our Six Step Referral Process

  • Refer: Complete either of our online forms: Single or Multiple.
  • Contact: We make contact to schedule our service analysis.
  • Identify: A Network Assessment is performed to find problems.
  • Submit: Our findings are provided to your referral for analysis.
  • Deploy: Referral chooses the service(s) they need and sign-up.
  • Return: We send you both checks to show our appreciation

Our Six Step Referral Process

  1. Referral must meet minimum requirements: At least 1 Server and 10 Workstations.
  2. Referral must be a new customer and sign a contract for 2 or more years managed IT services.
  3. Referral must be a Managed Solutions Group customer for at least 2 billing cycles (60 days) prior to payoff.
  4. Referring customer must be a Managed Solutions Group customer for 90 days after your referral's deployment, and be curent on all payments.
  5. Referral must result in $1000 or more in Recurring Revenue.
  6. Managed Solutions Group reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time.
